Who wants to know?

An identified mind will never get this, but you don't do anything, you never have and never will. No one has ever done anything nor ever will. There isn't anyone to do anything or anyone that could. The mind that is identified with thinking or believing itself to be you, to be a someone, can never get this because it believes itself to be a doer, that's what it means to be identified. But the shift to Being is to live the simple and direct truth that there is no someone here and never has been. That is, no separate entity which can do anything or have control over anything. And the inescapable conclusion of that is that Life is doing it all, or God, Allah, the Absolute, the Universe, the Great Sacred Mystery, Consciousness, the One Mind, Oneness - call it what you will, no point getting stuck on a word which is only a pointer to the great unknown and unknowable anyway.
